Song of the Animal World – Learning Through Performance 🎶 The students of Class II brought the fascinating world of animals to life through a lively and engaging performance of the poem “Song of the Animal World.” Dressed with colourful animal masks, the young learners enthusiastically portrayed different animals and their unique sounds. Adding an interactive touch to the performance, the children creatively used onomatopoeia words such as Plop!, Screech and cheep to imitate the sounds made by various animals. Their expressive actions, confident voices, and joyful participation made the poem come alive in the class performance. The activity provided a wonderful opportunity for learners to develop their speaking, listening, pronunciation, expression, and performance skills while expanding their vocabulary in a fun and memorable way. 🌳 Vrikshabandhan – A Rakhi for Our Trees 🌿 This Rakshabandhan, our young learners celebrated a meaningful and eco-friendly Vrikshabandhan, turning the traditional festival of love and protection into a promise to protect our precious trees. The children lovingly tied rakhis around trees as a symbol of their bond with nature. With great enthusiasm, they pledged to care for trees, protect them from harm, conserve water, reduce waste, and contribute towards a greener planet. The activity beautifully conveyed the message that, just as a rakhi represents a promise to protect our loved ones, trees too deserve our care and protection. The celebration helped children understand their responsibility towards the environment and inspired them to become young guardians of nature. It was a beautiful blend of tradition, values, and environmental awareness, reminding us that when we protect trees, we protect our future. 🌱💚

Janmashtami Celebrations – Welcoming Little Krishna 🦚 The spirit of devotion and joy filled the school as the students celebrated Janmashtami, marking the birth of Lord Krishna with great enthusiasm. The young learners came together for a special prayer and offered their heartfelt devotion to Lord Krishna. Adding a beautiful traditional touch to the celebration, the children lovingly placed the idol of Bal Gopal in a beautifully decorated jhoola and gently swung it while singing devotional songs. Their innocent smiles and joyful participation brought the festive spirit alive. The celebration provided the children with an opportunity to learn about the cultural significance of Janmashtami while experiencing the values of love, devotion, compassion, and togetherness. It was a heartwarming celebration filled with faith, happiness, and beautiful memories. 💙✨
