Venn diagram- Multiples of 5 and odd numbers
Learning with a Venn Diagram The students of Class II enthusiastically explored number concepts through an interactive Venn Diagram activity using hula hoops. Two hula hoops were arranged to form a Venn diagram, representing the categories Odd Numbers and Multiples of 5. The learners carefully examined number cards and placed them in the correct section, while numbers that were both odd and multiples of 5 were confidently placed in the intersection. This hands-on activity strengthened the students' understanding of number patterns, classification, and logical reasoning. It encouraged critical thinking, active participation, and collaborative learning as they discussed and justified their choices with their peers. The activity transformed mathematics into an engaging and meaningful experience, helping our young learners develop confidence in identifying patterns and applying mathematical concepts in a fun and interactive way.
