Exit Year Ceremony was conducted in class II A Cambridge International on 12th March 2021 to celebrate the learning process. . Exit Year ceremony is a review ,reflection & celebration of what students learned during the school year through critical thinking, listening skills. story enactment. The students reflected upon their year in class II & celebrated the accomplishments in Online classes during Pandemic. They displayed the experiences they shared together & learnt during the session 2020-21.   Students  also sang the song to celebrate the spirit of not giving up. CAMBRIDGE INTERNATIONAL, DAV PUBLIC SCHOOL,   PUSHPANJALI ENCLAVE, DELHI   WINNER AT  NATIONAL  LEVEL, COLLINS  CODING CHAMPIONSHIP IN ASSCOCIATION WITH MINDCHAMP 1 st  February - 14 th  March 2021 Cambridge International DAV Pushpanjali became the pride winner of Collins smart tech 1.0- A national coding championship for school students of classes 4 to 8 in association with M ind champ .  The championship had three rounds, Round-1 is a block - based coding round, Teams had  to use block based coding (MIT Scratch) platform to create a theme based  game. The theme for Round -1 wa s Sustainable Deve lopment Goals,  i n which we had  chosen SDG-13  " Climate Change" .  Out of 250 schools nationwide we were on second position with .01 point difference from being first.  Round -2 wa s a text - based coding round . Teams were to  use Text Based Coding - either HTML/CSS/JavaScript to create web page. In this we developed a website creating awareness abo ut carbon footprint. It inclu

 Class 1- Revision and recapitulation of phonic sounds were done. Class 2- Revision of Grammar concepts were done.

 Class 1- Revision of Phonic sound words and related sentences done till now was taken in the class.  Class 2- Revision of Grammar concept of Past tense verbs was taken in the class.

 Class 1- Student's book- pg.88 . + Work book- pg. 57 was done.  Class 2- Recitation test of poem - Hurricane was done. + Work book pg.52 was done. 

 Class 1- Unit 9- Students book pg.86 was done. Class 2- Unit 9- Poem - Hurricane was read and explained.  Recitation test on Monday.  Global perspective- Project 4 was continued. 

 Class 1- Students book- pg.84,85 were done. Work book pg.55 was done.  Class 2- Riddles - pg.85 was read.  PCM- 18 was discussed.  Examples of riddles was discussed. 

 Class 1-  Dictation test was taken.  Work book pg.54 was done. Global perspective- Project 4- Survey sheet was done.  Class 2- Acrostic poems were discussed with examples. 

 Class 1-  Unit - 9 - People who help us was read. (Pg.81-83) Class 2- Unit 9- Calligram- Spaghetti was read. Worksheet was discussed related to the topic.
