 Class 2- English- Character portrait of Tom and Sam was done in class. Students book- pg. 5 - choose any 1 picture and write some sentences describing the same.  Social studies- Unit 1- Family- Get Set Go- Q,B,C were done. Do Q- Life skills and Project in notebook. 

 Class 1- The words with Long 'a' vowel sound with (-ay spellings) was introduced and the students wrote the words in their notebooks after watching the related video. Class 2- Unit 1- Workbook pg. 1 was done. Students book- pg.4- Ex 2 was done.

Dictation test of Long 'a' vowel sound words and sentences done till now will be taken tomorrow.  Class 2- English- Story- Rescue was read. Word search worksheet and new words were written by the students in their notebooks. Social studies- unit- Family- Pg. 4-Q1,2,3 was done. + Q5 of Pg.6 was done. 

To mark the 130th Birth Anniversary of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, the students of class 2- reflected the learnings they can take away from the life of this great man after watching the videos and knowing his life.  Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar, an Indian jurist, politician, philosopher, anthropologist, historian and economist who was the principal architect of the Constitution of India. Dr. Ambedkar was born on 14 April 1891. Born into a poverty, Ambedkar campaigned against the Indian caste system. He became a convert to Buddhism and is seen as a driving force in the surge of converts that saw many thousands of lower caste members become Buddhists. Ambedkar was the first untouchable of India to pursue a college degree. He earned a law degree and doctorates for his studies in law, economics and political science, gaining a reputation as a scholar and campaigning for political rights and social freedom for the lowest in the caste system, untouchables. Dr. Ambedkar died on 6 December 1956 and was posth

 Class 1- Words and sentences with long 'a' vowel sound were written and practiced by the students.  PCM 1 was done. Class 2- Story- Rescue was read in the class.

The students of class 2 were introduced with the topic- Noubs and Adjectives.  The students made the flashcards with few adjectives written on them about themselves. They also shared these adjectives with rest of the class by using them in sentences.   

 Class 1- Long 'a' vowel sound was introduced in the class.  Students wrote a_e sound words in their notebooks. Class 2- Activity on adjectives was conducted in the class. 

 Class 1- Making simple inferences from unit-1 - Jodie the juggler was done while reading the story again. Class 2- Nouns and adjectives- Writing- pg 1,Q1 was done in the notebook.

 Class 1- English- Jodie the juggler story was continued.  H.w- Read the story at home too. Class 2- Global perspective- project 1- Why homes provide safe shelter was continued   Social studies- The ways you spend time with your family was discussed and done in the notebook.
