Athletic meet
An athletic meet was held at school today in which races were conducted and a relay race was also conducted.
Session conducted by Parent as a resource person
When parents and educators work together, the possibilities for children are endless.” “Only by working with parents to support their children’s education can we improve children’s lives.” Keeping this in mind we in Cambridge wing has collaborated with parents and have invited them to take a session of their choice and expertise. The knowledge comes from any source is valuable. The parent of one of the child from class 1 took session in class 2. He charged the young minds with patriotism, by telling them a story and introducing a patriotic song. Children enjoyed the session and were attentive enough to imbibe the thoughts and sung the patriotic song enthusiastically. The teachers as well as children are looking forward to more of such sesssions. The great philosopher George Santayana simply said, “A child educated only at school is an uneducated child.” When both groups are inspired to facilitate learning, children are the winners.
