Fun exercise

In this activity called Balloon Knees, all the children had a balloon each which they had to hold between their knees and run. They could either walk or jump to the finish line without dropping the balloon. This activity can improve one's quality of life, improve balance, flexibility, coordination and strength. Also add to improved muscle strength and flexibility. therefore leading to a child's overall health and physical fitness.


Another activity Crab Walk in which the children had to imagine being crabs and race to the
finish line as fast as they can. These activities were done as a part of Unit 8 - Our Amazing Body in Global English activity Book.
